About Us

Our Business

Matrix Composites, Inc. started in January 1993 in Henderson, Kentucky. A new building was constructed in a newly formed industrial park that same year and production came shortly thereafter. In 1996, the company was purchased by the current owner, Donald E. Hudson of Newburgh, Indiana. In June 2002, Matrix took the opportunity to open a second facility in Seguin, Texas. A few years later, Matrix purchased it's current building in Seguin. This facility is 75,000 square feet and since has tripled the production capacity in Seguin.

The company has been building a more diversified customer base and additional sales have , in turn, required more production equipment. In January 2011, Matrix started another major expansion at the Henderson facility by purchasing a 157,000 square foot building and then moved from the original location in Henderson to this much larger building while also tripling the output capacity.

Today, Matrix Composites, Inc. is still a growing company that offers our customers top quality products for very competitive prices. We take great pride in our rapid response time to schedules, development of products and dedication to problem solving. Our broad based vendor supply allows us to meet all of our customer requirements.

Our commitment to our customers is to continue to improve our processes and work as partners to meet their business needs.

UPDATE: As June 1, 2011, all production in Henderson, KY has been moved from our original location on Commonwealth drive to our new facility at 5549 State Road 425 Bypass in Henderson, KY. Currently, we are in the process of tripling our weaving capacity over the next few months.
